I have been going to Manchester Veterinary Clinic for almost 15 years, and recommend them without reservation. ALL the doctors and staff are very kind and compassionate, I have never had to wait to bring my beloved pets in....arrangements have always been made. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Do you have a veterinary clinic you use regularly? If so, why did they not see you and your pet? If your situation required such immediate care, why did you not go to an emergency facility? You can find several very good facilities that are geared up for an emergency visit, just as our ER is set up to care for people.

We have been going to Manchester Vet for over 10 years and have never received anything other than exceptional service and care from all of the staff there. I have and would recommend them to anyone!

Really doing a great job!. I've been to several vets over the years, and no one else has ever taken the time to really get to know me or any of my pets.

The doctor spent about 20 minutes talking to me about what was going on, before even looking at my dog. Then she spent a while with him too. I really appreciated all the time spent.

I will be making them my new vet, and bringing all my pets there.

Not a very caring vet. My daughter had a very sick cat and needed to find a new vet. She called on a Wednesday and was told they could see her on Monday! She stated that the cat could die by then and they said they were sorry but that is how they run their office-she needed a new patient appointment. I sure am glad that they are not my doctors.

She took her cat that day to a Vet who said bring him right in and he was put in intensive care..Don't feel that the Manchester group is very caring at all.
