Liars and Frauds! – I would give this place a zero sat if I could. What a nightmare. Brought my car in for shocks, struts, oil change, and windshield wiper replacement. They said it would take 3 hours so I waited. After several ("Done any minute's" ), I was waiting there for over 6 hours just to find they didn't have all the parts and I'd have to come back.
The next day I found my windshield wiper arm was broken. I brought it back and waited for 2 hours for them to tell me it broke and they couldn't fix it unless I left the car there. Today they called me and told me I was going to be charged because that is what I originally brought the car in for. This is a LIE!!! The wipers worked perfectly before, the blades were just old and dirty. Currently they are calling me a liar, trying to get me to pay extra, and holding my car hostage. This place makes me sick to my stomach!! I DO plan on taking them to court... someone needs to show them this is NOT ok!!!!
Nightmare experiance with trained monkeys. – I took my car to these people to have my front struts replaced. After encountering "add-on's" as my car was already on the lift, the pricing was not as stipulated. Not only was the repair inproperly done, my car was released to me in an unsafe condition. When I drove up the road, I has to hold my steering wheel at a 90 degree turn to keep it on the road. Mind you this is a new car with 50,000 miles. There is no reason for this to happen on a routine maitenence repair. I took the car right back and told them to fix it.. They took it for a ride and laughed about the issue, and said they themselves could not believe it was released like that. So they took it in and attempted the repair again...To only pick up the car again in worse condition then the first time. By this time I was furious. It required a standard alignment that is normal procedure with all strut replacements. At this time the manager "Vincent" said he would take it to an expert alignment center, right up the road to have it done on computer. I didnt understand why a place that is supposed to be known for alignment, strut, muffler, and shock replacement, has to send out a car to have the alignment done on computer, in which they should already have...Upon my return to get my car, it was again wrong, and not correct...I at this time took my car to another place where it was properly done, however since then, there has been nothing but front end problems since.. I will never recomend anyone to this shady place...
