When my parents need extra care in Kensington Conn, being a child living more than two

hours away is very challenging. I am Executive Director of a small non-profit based in

New York, who also travels to India.

In the winter of 2009 and spring 2010, my mother was hospitalized twice and stayed at

two different nursing homes until she was able to go home in April.

Not until I chose Euro-American Connections, was my family able to find an exceptional

caregiver for my mother.

What makes Euro-American Connections very special is the way they addressed a

language barrier/communication problem we experienced with their first placement.

When called and told about our problem, they immediately and sympathetically began to

find a suitable replacement. In timely fashion, they set up interviews for me on the

weekend at my convenience.

Each person I interviewed was a warm-hearted caring capable individual with solid caregiving

experience. I felt they would not stop until we had the “right” person living with

my parents. At this time, July 2010, we have our own personal angel. Ruslana is

someone who feels like a family member. She is kind, patient, and anticipates the needs

of my parents. She is sure to check in with me daily, something that is a great comfort

and gives me peace of mind.

In contrast, I had contracted another agency in Feb./ March 2010 and the experience was

time consumptive, disastrous, and their choices insensitive.

In short, I enthusiastically recommend Euro-American Connections to anyone needing

quality care for their loved-ones. Ruslana Martyniv and Inesa Vaurenyuk are two of their

very capable care-giving staff.

Euro American Connections. Euro American Connections has been helping my family for 7 years now and there has always been great communication between us and the company. My parents are well taken care of and very very happy.

We’ve had 3 long-term caregivers and several fill-ins. All the fill-ins are well informed and the transitions are smooth, which is important for my parents. All the ladies we’ve had were knowledgeable and professional, but most of all really compassionate and caring. Cannot say a bad word about them. Contrarily, I’ve recommended the company to different people over the years.
