RUN AWAY! The female, who said she owned the business was the most obnoxious and rude business person I've talked to in quite some time. There was an address mix-up and instead of calling me (the sender) she called my sister who is fighting a long term disease. She not only berated my sister but also her very mild mannered boyfriend for a mistake that they had no part in. I had to cancel the order and go elsewhere. She was a horrible business person, a blemish to the Florist industry and generally a sick human being. I only wish that she never gets treated the way she treated my family.

Disappointing Fruit Basket. I recieved a fruit basket this weekend. The basket looked like it was a childs Easter basket with the very long narrow handle. The fruit was not fresh. I received 2 badly bruised mac apples, 2 granny smith apples, 2 pears which were shriveled at the tips, 2 very hard plums, 2 very hard nectarines and 2 oranges, once of which was part green and both very soft. One mango, which was rather odd, I would think bananas over a mango. Strawberry hard candies and what appeared to be a butterscotch type candy was scattered about, and the fruit was in straw filling and taped to hold it together. Sadly, it looked like a child put it together. Clear celophane was gathered at the top and an unattractive small bow was tied. Clearly this florist is not in the business of making fruit baskets. It looked like they ran to the grocery store and quickly picked up what ever they can find to put it together, No care or thought appeared to be present in this basket. I advise anyone not to consider purchasing a a gift basket or fruit basket from this florist. Doing so would be a tremendous embarrasement. I dont have the heart to tell the person who purchase this for m because I dont want them to think I do not appreciate the gift. This is my only way to stop anyone from being in the same situation and not to use this florist.

Nices bouquet EVER. The price was very fair and the flower arrangement was the best I have ever seen. I order flowers for my mother, sister, wife, and mother in law over twice a year. This was hands down the best look arrangement my wife has ever gotten. I will be using R&D Florist from now on. Highly recommend them!!

worst florist ever. I tried to send flowers to a funeral and they never arrived. I called to find out what happened and was told that it would be refunded. No apology or explanation of what happened. These were important flowers and I trusted them to the wrong florist. Next time I will google the florist first to read there reviews before I give them my money. BUYER BEWARE DON'T USE THIS FLORIST UNLESS YOU ARE SENDING FLOWERS TO SOMEONE YOU HATE.

Awsome. About one year ago I received a beautiful flower arrangment, from r and d florist then recently I received yet another pretty flower delivery for my birthday. When it came time for my daughter's dance recital I had no doubt that they wouldn't fail to make an outstanding bouquet! As anticipated it was cleary wonderful. I would highly recommend this flower shop to anyone!

GREAT CORSAGES FOR PROM.. MY FRIENDS AND I THOUGHT THE CORSAGES AND BUTTONERS WERE SO AWESOME. THAT LADY WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US PICK THE COLORS. WOULD DEFINATELY GO BACK!!!

horrible customer service. i came in to work after the weekend and had a voicemail from the florist. when i returned their call, i was told someone tried sending me flowers earlier the previous week and they were out of stock of what was ordered - they received them a few days later, but couldn't deliver them to me because i don't work saturday and sunday. now, since the person who ordered them was so upset, the order had been cancelled. i can't believe they would sit on an order for several days because they were out of stock - why not notify the customer ASAP???

TERRIBLE. I OREDERED FLOWERS FOR MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY-THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE VIRGINIA WAS TERRIBLE-SHE WAS RUDE. THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE THE ADDRESS IN GLASTONBURY WAS-NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE PROCEDDED TO CHARGE ME FOR FLOWERS AND BALOON THEN 3 DAYS LATER I WAS CHARGED ANOHTER $12.00 FOR NO REASON-BETTER BUSINESS BUROU IS WHERE ITS AT NOW!!

Forget it!. I did not even get to the details of the order - they were so unfriendly on the phone that I just hung up and used another florist (*****+) in Glastonbury. Then I read their two other reviews. Glad I hung up when I did! Save your time and sanity.
