We love Max Amore. We love every meal that we have ever had at Max Amore. It is a great place for a good solid meal. Favorites include the salmon entree and a recent daily special of haddock. The atmosphere is comforable. The service while generally good fell down a little bit with beverage refills at a recent visit.

Overall Max Amore is reliable and a comfortable place to have a meal.

Not Bad, especially the Fish Entrees. Despite the fact that Richard Rosenthal has opened a restaurant right next to Max Amore's called "Max Fish", I still often prefer to go to Max Amore's for a business lunch because the fish specials are awesome. The fish is fresh, well prepared, and the presentation is very good. I am not as crazy about the rest of the menu but if you love fish, you probably will not be disappointed. There is often a nice, not run of the mill filet on the menu - trout, snapper, mahi mahi, etc. Many are "pan seared" and crispy. Yum. And the prices are reasonable. The service is always very good. The waiters are courteous and will go out of their way to please.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Pasta is featured at the charming restaurant that also serves salmon, veal, salads and cheeses at reasonable prices.
