Delicious sushi!. Min Ghung's sushi and various dishes never disappoint. I've been in so many times, I have lost count! Their sushi rolls are a must and I love that I can try something completely new and always enjoy it. Their service is great and their staff is always courteous and helpful with suggestions. My favorite is the snow roll and mochi balls!

Glastonbury's best japanese restaurant!. I've been eating here for years and have never ever been disappointed. The food is so fresh, artfully prepared and absolutely delicious, and served by such nice wonderful people too!

I as a sushi lover have been to about 25-30 different japanese/sushi restaurants and of all of them MIN GHUNG is absolutely #1. Alex one of the sushi chefs is the sweetest guy and he own restaurant too. I away have new special every time. Besides that they have the best spicy tuna rolls ever!!!!!!!

Our favorite place for Sushi!. My wife and I have been to Min Ghung several times, and have loved it every time! The location is easy to find as well, it's right near downtown Glastonbury. The sushi is always very fresh and the maki rolls are creative, and presented very nicely, and the service has always been good.

The ambiance is very fresh and relaxed, almost like a coffee house, which we love.

Make sure you try the Min Ghung special roll! Very tasty.
