favorite salon. Gino is the finest in the business and the rest of the staff is terrific always have a good time. my wife and I travel from new jersey for the best cut and style in the tr-state area well worth it for the top-notch service keep it up and we will keep coming thanks for the great Holiday Look

Clients are NOT their #1 priority. I am very disappointed with the service I received as well as the hairstyle. First I had to wait a half an hour before he took me in, and he was not nearly as friendly or attentive as he was the first appointment I had with him. Secondly, I trusted him to understand a basic request to trim my hair so it could stay brushed back off my face as I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk. When I realized he was not understanding what I was describing I asked him if my hair could be brushed back - and clearly it couldn't. But he was getting short with me and gave me the bum's rush out the door to take the next customer who had had clearly also waited for a while. I do expect better for the price I paid, and I now have a style that is not only unflattering but impossible to work with. My mother will be canceling her future appointment.

Stuffy and Expensive. Not a place for me But if you like very high end attitudes to match the high end prices you may like it here.

Great Cut!. Lauren G. cuts and styles my hair and does a terrific job each and every time! The entire staff is friendly and accomodating. I even had a facial there once and wanted it to never end.

my hair felt and looked so great after I left that I new I'd be going back every time I visit my son in CT!. My hair looked so good and felt so good that I new I would visit every time I visit my son in Farmington! Thank you! JULI
