nordstrom's first-floor coffee takeout counter experience. i purchased a "chicken/ceaser wrap" at the take-out cournter. what i received for $6.95 was the wrap, oh, lots of fresh lettice BUT just two tiny slices of grilled chicken and.even the ceaser dressing was practically non-existent. nordstrom's was adding insult to injury when they made these wraps and sold them to unsuspecting customers. my advice is "if you are short of ingredients for a proper sandwich, don't serve your customers!!!" Also, no excuses for bad weather -- i cannot afford to throw my money away! btw, your upstairs restaurant is fabulous! i always recommend it!
