Great experience!. After being harassed by the answering service of another company - when I was panicked with water pouring down over a live light fixture while they told me they could not tell me what to do over the phone, I hung up on them and called Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered gave me - a single mom - advice to shut off power and water to the area, and set up an appointment for the next morning. Mike Carreira showed up on time, very professional, fixed the leak, seemed genuinely happy it wasn't a huge problem for me, cleaned up and very nicely offered me his card for any future problems. Hope I don't need him but I'd call back in an instant if i do!

Great Service. I called Roto Rooter at 7:15 A.M. and a live person answered. This was great! I explained my need for a plumber and they told me that between 8-9 A.M. that same day I would have a plumber at my home.

At 8:15 Todd Perone showed up and in under30 minutes solved my problem and cleaned up after himself. Todd did a great job and also gave me a discount off of the stated price saving me almost $20.00

I am pleased to reccomend Todd and Roto Rooter to all.

Backed up shower drain. Had a slow draining bathroom sink and a stopped up shower drain. Went to website and made an appointment for the same day. Jay did an excellent job - drains are in good working order and his mess was minimal - and he did a good job cleaning up before leaving. Would highly recommend.
