Miele vacuums professionals. Excellent selection of Miele vacuum cleaners. They know exactly what to sell to you depending on what you tell them you need. They are very nice and the new owner is great! I recommend them to everyone.

Great Service and Proof that they beat all prices.. I recently bought a Miele from Avon Vacuums and first of all the machine works great. I want to thank them for know what vacuum will fit my needs. Also right before I bought the vacuum he showed me all the prices of the exact same vacuum and he priced matched also gave me a free package of bags. He is a great guy go see him.

Great selection, great advice.. I wanted lightweight and up to the challenge of three dogs. The recommendation was perfect. I love my new vacuum!

Awsome Service. I had my bosch vacuum repaired at avon vacuums. Now it's running great and I shopped around before I gave them my vacuum to repair. But the prices are unbeatable by a lot. The service is also really quick.

Great experience at Avon Vacuums. I believe that this is a great little store. Avon Vacuums has great prices and service. The shop extends the base warranty of the Miele vacuums sold which you can't get any where else. I have purchased a Miele vacuum for a family member here. I have also had my vacuum serviced here as well. If my Miele vacuum ever needs to be replaced, I will buy my replacement here. For now, I buy my vacuum bags, and filters here. I also come their for a great annual service there.

Bad News - do not do business with this store. After two weeks of getting no feedback from the owner on the staus of my vacuum I finally was able to resue my machine by going to his store and waitng until he arrived. Pleae note that during the two week period my vacuum was at his store there was no feedback from hm at all. I called, only to have no one answer (no answering machine as well) and drove to the store a few times, only to have no one there. On the day I got my vacuum back (I waited an hou until he arrived) he called me every name in the book and then told me I owed him $200. Please note that the machine remained untoiuched from when I dropped it off two weeks ago. Needless to say he was not getting $ 1 let alone $200. The guy is rude, unprofessional and an A@@. Will never go back and would be stunned if he does not go out of businee for the way he acts.

Two days later we brought our vacuum to Bristol Vacuum on Route 6 (worth the drive), owner called me back the next day to tell me the probelm and I picked up the vacuum two days later. What a concept treating a customer with respect.

Serious problems. For years the previous owner was a great businessman BUT THE NEW OWNER is a total lunatic. if you drop off your Vaccum for service, he holds it hostage and tries to sell you a new Vaccum.

I am a married woman who is all business, the guy made me very uncomfortable with his corny advances. STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY !!!!!. This place has had my Miele canister vacuum cleaner for more than THREE MONTHS. Every time I go in to see if it is done, I get a different story. Yes I have a loner - a 50 pound upright that looks and sounds like JAWS from the movie 'Mr. Mom" - but the owner does not seem to know what he is doing - he is a CRAZY MAN ! STAY AWAY.
