Great!. The previous review is incorrectly placed in this - Not sure how they confused plumber with electrolysis!

Anyhow, Patricia is professional, thorough and takes the time to explain every step and answer any questions you have throughout the process.

I went to her through a referral from a friend and I would recommend her to a friend again and again!

Not even able to fix a running toilet.. I had Avon Plumbing & Heating Co. come out to fix a running toilet in my master bathroom on 10/16/09. I paid $158.77 for parts and labor. The parts were a Fluidmaster Pro 45 and a Frugal Flapper. The parts cost $22.77 and the labor was $136.00. On 11/26/09 it started running again and I called on Dec. 1 to have them come out and fix it. They said it was not covered, only for 30 days. So basically they did shoddy work with cheap materials that you can expect to only last for a little over 30 days because it is the same exact problem with the new Fluidmaster that they installed. I would not recommend them as as plumber because they can't even fix a running toilet. The plumbers name was Dave M.
